Ok I'm at home ill so I'd thought I'd make a list of things left to do for this reunion.
1. Make sure everyone who said they're coming is coming. This means ringing round .. damn it.
2. Figure out who needs lifts. So, who wants to get a lift with me? I'll come pick you up in the morning and you can help set up. That means you, Sam and Simon.
3. Find some tents.
4. Figure out toilet facilities
5. Figure out how we're going to get music over there.
6. Find out what time people are coming and decide whether it's worth having the bbq at the beach or across the fields, because some people might be arriving late and they probably wont be able to find the beach.
7. Make sure everyone knows directions. I've got an idea of tying something onto the sign that points to my house so you can't miss the turning down my lane. Maybe the curtains I stole from the staff room ;)
8. How do we keep the beers cold!? HOW!? Maybe find some crude form of ice bucket.

I am coming. I do need a lift.
Toilet facilities - only really necessary for the ladies. Guys are happy enough to find a tree to lean against.
Depending on how close we are to a water source, beers stay cold in lakes/rivers etc.
That's why I'm thinking we need a loo 'cause they'll be fussy about peeing in holes what with all the poles up their asses.
We're close to a water source - the big pond. Perfect, you're a genius :) I'll just make sure we have a cooler or something that floats and we can tie down.
