When I say "other woes" I really just put that there so that I could say "I don't have any other woes" and rub it in your face that I only have one problem. That's right; one. Not ninety nine. That makes me better than Jay-Z and therefore a hiphop legend.

So yeah, trying to get car insurance until I go to uni, which should be the 26th of September. But the thing is .. I don't even know if I'm going to get into university until the day after my renewal is due. That kind of sucks ass. If I am going to uni I need insurance for about a month and a week, we'll call it two months. I've found that on More Than I can get insurance at £17 a month on a basic level ... that's all fine and dandy, but, if I want to cancel my insurance before the end of the one year period, it's going to cost me a massive £55. So that would mean I'm paying roughly £95 for what is, in effect, 5 weeks of insurance. £19 a week? For insurance? I don't think so. Based on a 51 week year, at £19 a week, it would cost me £969 to insure my car. This past year my insurance cost me £360 - that's £7 a week. So, why the hell should I have to pay almost three times as much (on a week-by-week basis) for insurance, when I now have one year's no claims bonus? It just doesn't make logical sense. Maybe I should start my own insurance company and insure myself for £0. Then if I do ever crash I can pay with the money I saved by not paying for insurance every year. Or something.

If anyone knows of a company that will insure me week by week or month by month without a cancellation fee .. for my sake, let me know! Preferably by Wednesday.... or at least Thursday.
